We have never had an account locked or suspended. We do our best to stay up to date with Instagram’s Terms of Services, but there is always a chance it could happen. We advise you to not follow/unfollow more than 10 accounts an hour and 50 accounts a day during your subscription with us to avoid exceeding Instagram’s limits. We are not affiliated with Instagram in any way.
For the Follower growth plans, we do need to access your account. In order to grow your followers, we will interact with your target audience using your account. Rest assured we will not share your password with anyone who is not on our team and we take the protection of your account very seriously.
Of course! Your account is yours and our service will work in the background. You will be able to use your account as you normally would but we do advise you not to follow/unfollow more than 10 accounts an hour and 50 accounts a day to avoid exceeding Instagram’s limits.
The followers you have gained while using CrowdTuner are yours! Remember – the followers you have gained are following you because they actively choose to, they are showing interest in your profile and who or what you have to offer. Of course, they are also free to unfollow you if they lose interest in your profile, so it’s up to you to keep them interested by keeping your profile up-to-date.
Depending on the plan you subscribe to, you will be billed automatically via PayPal on your weekly, monthly, or quarterly anniversary date. You can cancel at any time and we will not charge you the next term.

Once you sign up, you are assigned a growth manager who will get in touch via email. We will manage your growth and do not have an online dashboard where you can log in.
We can always do this for you. Just email us your Instagram username, with new target accounts or hashtags.
We target users based on your targeting parameters. The users are interested or interacting with the target hashtags and/or accounts. If they follow you they must be interested in your account. We do our best to avoid targeting inappropriate accounts, but we can’t guarantee 100% of your new followers are to your liking. You are always free to change your target audience if you believe your followers are not specific enough.
Our service is on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. It’s possible to see different results each day as we are limited to Instagram’s limits. The results we promise will still be reached at the end of your term.
The “Engagement” plan is typically used by people with an established audience who want to increase their engagement. With the engagement plan, we consistently bring likes to your content by joining engagement (a.k.a like for like) groups. This will increase your organic reach and may result in follower growth but is not guaranteed.
The “Growth” plan is specifically geared towards those businesses and individuals who want more followers. With this plan, we guarantee the number of followers and we use different strategies such as “follow/unfollow”.
It really depends on your goals with Instagram. If you already have an audience and simply want to increase your outreach then we’d recommend our Likes plan. If you want to grow your audience with more followers, then our follower growth plan is probably for you. If you are somewhere in between, you want more follower and more engagement at the same time we suggest to try both our services and get best of both worlds. Yes, we use a custom AI software that helps us automate part of our service. To keep your growth going 7 days a week we use a software that “follows”, “likes”, and “unfollows” targeted users on your behalf. Our software is undetectable by Instagram. We use unique device ID’s and IP addresses for each of our clients to avoid any suspicion. We test all of our strategies extensively before applying it to our client’s accounts and have never had any account blocked or suspended.
Yes, so far we haven’t come across any account we couldn’t grow. The average growth is roughly 3000 monthly followers, but the numbers may vary. We use our own account(s) to “like” posts of users in these groups and in return, they leave “likes” on your content. At this time, you are unable to change the PayPal account. We recommend contacting us, and we can cancel your current package, then you can resubscribe on a new PayPal account.
This has occurred due to insufficient funds or payment method in PayPal, please ensure the funds are available or there is a correct payment method attached (PayPal). If there is both, please contact PayPal as there may be an issue!
